Carucha L. Meuse
Hi, My name is Carucha L. Meuse. I am an energetic, motivated and detail oriented person who loves finding and creating stories using photography and video. I have experience working in deadline driven environments as well as developing longer form multimedia projects.
I graduated from Florida A&M University with a degree in Graphic Arts and Photography, then interned at Reuters as an photo editor in Washington DC. It was there that I learned the power of visual journalism.
I started my career as a photographer The Huntsville Times for fours years. And I currently work for The Journal News in Westchester as photographer/visual journalist.
When I am not shooting I teach multimedia to youth programs with the New York Public libraries.
